So our team physically goes to every property. We check if the WiFi actually works. We make sure the shower has hot water. We verify the photos aren't from some parallel universe where everything looks better.
We also make sure the place is actually running smoothly—good management, responsive hosts, the whole deal. No random person's spare room that might be available... or might not.
If it's verified on Longstay, we've been there. If it sucks, it's not on Longstay. Pretty simple.
