Longstay.co operates as a matching platform. A success fee of **US$32** is invoiced to the Landlord upon the successful execution of a lease agreement with any lead introduced by the platform. This fee is for "Information Provision" and is not a regulated brokerage commission.

本プラットフォームはマッチングサービスです。ご紹介した入居希望者との賃貸借契約が成立した場合、システム利用料として32米ドルを請求いたします。本費用は「情報提供料」であり、宅地建物取引業法上の「仲介手数料」ではありません。

Regulatory Compliance / 法令遵守

Longstay.co is NOT a licensed real estate broker under the Japanese Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act. We do not provide *Jusetsu* (Important Matter Explanations) or negotiate lease terms. All legal contracts must be finalized by the Landlord or their designated licensed professional.

当社は宅地建物取引業者ではありません。重要事項説明（重説）や賃貸条件の交渉、契約締結の代理等は行いません。契約手続きは、貸主様または貸主様が指定する宅地建物取引業者が自ら行うものとします。

Listing Accuracy / 掲載情報の正確性

The Landlord represents that the property address provided is accurate and that they possess the legal right to lease the property under Japanese law.

貸主は、提供された物件住所が正確であること、および日本国内の法令に基づき当該物件を賃貸する正当な権限を有することを保証するものとします。
